This walks one evening all the way through — you make the privacy choice yourself and read the other person’s screen, then follow it to a next step neither of them can agree to on the other’s behalf. Jun and Priya are invented and so are their words, which are written in advance. No AI is called, nothing leaves your browser, and nothing here is stored — including anything you press. You do not need an account to work through it.
They each write their own account
Shared custody. On Tuesday one of them was not at the school gate. They write separately and at the same time, and neither is shown the other’s account until both are in — because the moment you read their version, your own quietly reorganises itself around it.
Jun writes
I got to the school at 3:15 and you weren’t there. I’d like us to agree what happens when one of us is running late.
I’d rather we sorted this out than kept score about it.
Priya writes, separately
I was stuck on the ring road with no signal from about half two. I rang the school the moment I had a bar.
I do not think either of us is trying to land the other one in it.
And then Jun writes a third thing
What actually got to me was standing in the playground while the other parents left. I felt like the one who always ends up covering.
