Pricing

No subscription. You pay for the AI you use.

Every part of the product is free — private guide, shared sessions, voice, imports, patterns, all of it. What costs money is the AI itself, so that is the only thing there is to pay for, and $2.00 of it is included every month.

What a reply actually costs

A typical exchange with your guide — your recent context in, a focused reply out — costs about of the credit. A long joint session costs more; a short question costs less.

That figure is the model’s price plus our margin. We are not going to pretend inference is free, and we are not going to hide what it costs behind a word like “allowance”.

Safety checks are never counted. You should never have a financial reason to avoid one.

When the credit runs out, AI pauses until the month resets. Nothing is charged, nothing accrues, and nothing you have written goes anywhere — the rest of the product keeps working. Paid top-ups are not available yet; when they are, they will be the same price plus the same margin, and you will choose to buy them.

Usage details

Why is the number approximate?

Because a conversation is not a fixed size. What you are charged for is the text that actually goes to the model and comes back — your recent context, the message, the reply. A short exchange is cheaper than the estimate; a long one with a lot of history is dearer. The estimate is built from a typical exchange and rounded down, so it is more likely to understate than overstate.

Can I see how much is left?

Yes — in the app, on the billing page, as both a figure and roughly how many more replies it covers. It updates as you use it, not once a month.

What happens when it runs out?

Model-backed features stop until the month resets, and the app says so plainly rather than failing. Everything that does not need a model — writing, check-ins, your history, sharing, exports, deleting your account — carries on working.

Why not just charge a monthly fee?

Because a subscription would mean deciding which features to withhold from people who have not paid, and the honest answer is that the two moments this product exists for — an argument happening right now, and somebody who cannot face typing it — are the worst possible things to put behind a paywall.

What about the free tier being abused?

The credit is enforced per account, and spaces are capped at 5. Safety classification is paid for by us in all cases.
